Songs Campus 가 운영하는 Songschat(이하 "쏭챗")은 Anthropic PBC 가 제공하는 Claude API 를 기반으로 동작하는 플랫폼입니다. 저희는 해당 API 의 품질과 정책을 신뢰하여 이를 플랫폼의 기반 기술로 선택했습니다.

저희와 Anthropic PBC 사이의 관계를 명확히 하기 위해, 본 고지를 통해 다음 사항을 공개합니다.

1. 저희는 Anthropic 의 공식적 관계사가 아닙니다.

Songs Campus / 쏭챗은 Anthropic PBC 의 자회사, 지사, 계열사, 합작사, 공인 파트너, 인가 협력사, 재판매자, 투자 대상 중 어디에도 해당하지 않습니다. 저희는 Anthropic 으로부터 투자·지분·후원·라이선스·인증·보증·추천을 받은 사실이 없습니다.

2. Anthropic 은 저희에게 API 서비스 제공자입니다.

쏭챗의 AI 기능은 회원이 본인의 Anthropic 계정에서 직접 발급한 Claude API 키 로 구동됩니다 (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key). 회원과 Anthropic 사이의 계약(Anthropic Commercial Terms, Anthropic Usage Policy 등)은 회원이 Anthropic 과 직접 체결한 계약이며, Songs Campus / 쏭챗은 해당 계약의 당사자가 아닙니다.

3. "Anthropic", "Claude" 는 Anthropic PBC 의 상표입니다.

저희는 이 상표를 제품·서비스의 기술적 사실을 정확히 전달할 목적으로만 참조합니다(지명적 공정 사용, nominative fair use). 쏭챗은 해당 상표에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.

4. 모델의 출력과 정책 판단은 Anthropic 의 책임 범위에 있습니다.

쏭챗은 회원의 호출을 Anthropic 에 전달하는 중계 역할을 합니다. 답변의 품질, 거부, 오류, 지연 등은 Anthropic 의 모델과 정책에 따라 결정되며, Songs Campus / 쏭챗이 이를 수정하거나 보증할 수 없습니다.

5. 문의는 해당 주체에게 부탁드립니다.

6. 관계가 달라지면 본 고지를 갱신합니다.

향후 Songs Campus 와 Anthropic PBC 사이에 공식적인 관계가 형성된다면, 본 고지는 즉시 개정되고 회원은 새 버전에 재동의하게 됩니다. 그 이전까지는 본 문서의 내용이 유효합니다.

Songschat, operated by Songs Campus, is a platform built on the Claude API provided by Anthropic PBC. We chose this API as our foundational technology because we trust its quality and policy framework.

To state the nature of our relationship with Anthropic PBC clearly, this notice discloses the following.

1. We are not a formal affiliate of Anthropic.

Songs Campus / Songschat is not a subsidiary, branch, affiliate, joint venture, authorized partner, certified partner, reseller, or investee of Anthropic PBC. We have received no investment, equity, sponsorship, license, certification, warranty, or endorsement from Anthropic.

2. Anthropic is an API service provider to us.

Songschat's AI functionality is powered by Claude API keys that members issue themselves from their own Anthropic accounts under a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model. Any agreement between a member and Anthropic (Anthropic Commercial Terms, Anthropic Usage Policy, etc.) is entered into directly between that member and Anthropic; Songs Campus / Songschat is not a party to it.

3. "Anthropic" and "Claude" are trademarks of Anthropic PBC.

We reference these marks solely for the accurate identification of technical facts (nominative fair use). Songschat claims no rights in these marks.

4. Model output and policy decisions fall within Anthropic's scope.

Songschat forwards member calls to Anthropic as a conduit. Response quality, refusals, errors, and latency are determined by Anthropic's models and policies; Songs Campus / Songschat can neither modify nor guarantee them.

5. Please direct inquiries to the appropriate party.

6. We will update this notice if our relationship changes.

Should a formal relationship between Songs Campus and Anthropic PBC arise in the future, this notice will be revised promptly and members will be asked to re-consent to the new version. Until then, this notice remains in effect.
